Disclaimer

• OpenPortsGames is an independent, community-run informational catalog. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the companies that own the games listed.
• Part of the catalog was imported from community indexes: GameWave (gamewave.digital) and PortsDR (portsdr.com), credited as the source.
• Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and are used only to identify and catalogue the ports.
• Cover art and screenshots are loaded from external sources (the project's own site, libretro-thumbnails or Wikimedia) only to identify each game; they are not hosted here. Image rights belong to their owners.
• This site does not host game files. If you find a link that leads to one, report it and we will remove it. We do not support piracy.
• The catalog is not exhaustive: a project being absent says nothing about its quality or its legality.
• Links point to sites this catalog does not control. Their content changes over time and stays the responsibility of whoever operates them.

Takedown policy

• If you hold rights over a work listed here and want it removed, open a takedown issue in the repository or use the report link of the affected port page.
• Valid and documented requests are applied quickly: the entry is marked as removed, unlinked and excluded from the catalog.

Privacy policy

• For now the site is static: no accounts and no database.
• Preferences (language and theme) are stored only in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
• External links (official project sources, PayPal) open on their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
